How do i achieve faster times on Gunsai TA or NKC TA?

i keep seeing these impressive times of around 1:20s and would like some tips.
Is it something to do with hp or tires? maybe timing of braking or something?

no expert but from what i understand its best to use the slider steering and never get tire marks on the track to not lose speed
